My Handspring Visor Platinum seems to be down for the count.
I’ve had it for three or four years now with very little trouble. It flaked out with a ‘fatal error’ once before about a year ago. This time nothing seems to resurrect it. (more…)

Wonderland has been restored.
After not too much time and difficulty I finished off American McGee’s Alice last night, though I will admit to cheating a bit on the last few levels. I simply didn’t have the patience to retry some of the sections over and over. So, I turned on “notarget” and ran through a couple of the tougher sections. (more…)

Legends of Earthsea

I love Ursula LeGuin’s Earthsea books and looked forward to the Sci-Fi channel’s production with excitement and dread. We all know what happens when good books get turned into movies. The title “Legends of Earthsea” hinted at the changes.

I finally cobbled together a rather simplisic contact form. It’ s nothing earth-shattering, but it is the first PHP driven page I’ve build.
OK, I lifted the code from another template and modified it. But that modification required me to figure out more of the PHP syntax. Learning I am.
